Flare (フレア Furea) is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts χ.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Union χ, Flare is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 1 special attack gauge to perform. It inflicts damage in exchange for HP.
