'''Dispositions''' are a game mechanic introduced in [[Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance]]. Occasionally, when the player is tending to his or her Spirits, the shape and color of a [[Dream Eater]]'s eyes will change. This means that the particular Dream Eater will attack differently somewhat, and will even have additional abilities that can be unlocked that couldn't be unlocked beforehand. There are many methods when it comes to changing the disposition of Spirits, such as giving them treats to eat, petting and nudging the Spirits, and playing with them.

Dispositions are a game mechanic introduced in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. Each Spirit Dream Eater is born with one of four random Dispositions, and may switch to one of the others depending on how it is treated. The dispositions determine both the behavior and eyes of the Spirit; for certain Spirits, hidden paths on the Ability Link can be unlocked by switching to the dispositions indicated by yellow or violet eyes.

A Spirit can switch dispositions depending on how it is petted and nudged, fed, or played with. Each combination of petting certain body parts and nudging the others is linked to one of the four dispositions.
