Damage Control (クライシスハーフ Kuraishisu Hāfu, lit. "Crisis Half") is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts III. It causes the user to take half the usual damage while their HP is at critical levels.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Damage Control is a support ability that costs 5 AP to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Damage Control is an equipment ability.
In Kingdom Hearts III, Damage Control is a support ability that costs 4 AP to equip.
Learning Damage Control
Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix
- Sora learns Damage Control at level 41 with the Dream Shield, 53 with the Dream Rod, or 99 with the Dream Sword.
- Goofy learns Damage Control after defeating Zexion's Absent Silhouette.
- The Kingdom Key has Damage Control as its Equipment Ability.
- The Centurion+ has Damage Control as its Equipment Ability.
- The Save the King+ has Damage Control as its Equipment Ability.
Kingdom Hearts III
- Sora learns Damage Control at level 50 with Power of the Warrior, level 32 with Power of the Mystic, and level 2 with Power of the Guardian. On Critical Mode, Damage Control is learned after the Dive to the Heart.
