Cosmic Arts is an accessory that can be obtained in Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts II. Found late in both games, it has drastically different properties in each game. It can be synthesized in Final Mix. In Kingdom Hearts II only one Cosmic Arts can be obtain through the whole game in Space Paranoids before you face Sark.
