Details
The Unbirth are the main enemies of the upcoming game Birth by Sleep, and as such, very little is known about them at this time. However, series creator Tetsuya Nomura has made a few facts known via interview.
1) The Unbirth possess some sort of connection to the Heartless and the Nobodies of the main series.
2) They are, in essence, "the opposite of human life."
The meaning behind both the statements is currently unknown. It is possible that it has something to do with what Ansem said in his secret report 4 "Three elements combine to create a life: a heart, a soul, and a body" and if the Heartless are the heart and the Nobodies are the body, then it is possible that the Unbirths represent the soul. However, it has been said that the Nobodies possess the soul.
Bosses
Although few scans have appeared and no specific enemy names are known, there is one case that is quite the opposite. A boss known as the Wheel Master is known to exist. The Wheel Master is the boss in the Sleeping Beauty world due to the wheel and needle.
Appearance
2 types of Unbirth have been shown in scans. A small, skinny creature, blue in color, and a large creature also colored blue. Both feature odd red eyes and large, zig-zagging antennae/ears. The skinny one has been thought to be named an "Amber" Unbirth, however this was a mistranslation. In a new scan, both flower like Unbirth and pot-like Unbirth are shown. The flower looks like a potted flower with vines for arms that seems to spin around like a top, while the Pot is simply a red pot with bat wings.
