I think the Battle Report was introduced with KHFM and difficulty level dependend Battle Reports with Kingdom Hearts II. Here's a short and most likely complete list:

Article name

No. The End works better since Battle Report sounds like a gameplay mechanism, it's much better to call it The End and give it the "Bold" other name. You have wormed your way to the very nadir of repugnance. - Erry 16:52, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
