After [[Mickey Mouse]] casts a [[Stopza]] spell to aid [[Riku]] in rescuing [[Sora]] from the [[Real Organization XIII]], [[Master Xehanort]]'s consciousness overrides the spell by possessing and temporarily granting [[Young Xehanort]] the ability to wield his [[Keyblade]], though he does so with this specific Keychain. Riku, however, defeats him and sends him retreating.

In [[Toy Box]], Young Xehanort uses his Keyblade to block Sora, [[Donald]] and [[Goofy]]'s attack while [[Woody]] rescues [[Buzz]].

During the second [[Keyblade War]], Young Xehanort wields his Keyblade in battle against Sora, Riku, and Mickey.

==Story==
[[King Mickey]] arrives in Where Nothng Gathes and uses a [[Stop|Stopza]] spell to freeze [[True Organization XIII]] in time so he and [[Riku]] could rescue [[Sora]]. However, Young Xehanort proves to be uneffected by the spell, glowing with an aura of darkness. Telling the heroes he said to keep away from his last vessel, he summons a Keyblade. Mickey immediately realizes the conciousness of the [[Master Xehanort]], who is still reforming, has taken over his past self. Young Xehanort transports himself and Riku to a different dimension to buy time for Master Xehanort to finish reforming, using this Keyblade to fight him.

==Design==
Young Xehanort's Keyblade mixes design elements of both [[No Name|Xehanort's]] and [[No Name (KHBbS)|Terra, Ventus, and Aqua's]] No Names.

This Keyblade significantly resembles Terra, Ventus, and Aqua's No Name, in that it is predominantly colored in different shades of blue and is decorated with elaborate, spiked shapes. The tip is modeled after a stopwatch, while the teeth are diamond-shaped spikes that are connected by a black web structure similar to the design on the base of the top spire of [[Memory's Skyscraper]]. The Keychain shares the time theme represented in the blade, with an hourglass as its token. Its shaft resembles Young Xehanort's Ethereal Blades, as does the blade with its neon like glow.

The Keyblade also includes attributes from Master Xehanort's No Name, such as the demonic wings at the beginning of the shaft, the horned lion{{?}}<!--explicitly called "horned lion" in Ultimania for THIS KEYBLADE, cite to Ultimania https://www.flickr.com/photos/45026784@N07/7002072648/sizes/l/in/photostream/--> head at the tip similar to the goat head on the other Keyblade, and the [[Gazing Eye]].

Young Xehanort and his data replica can [[Formchange]] his Keyblade into a whip, as well as a pair of [[Ethereal Blades]] that can be joined at the hilt into a double-bladed sword.
