 | READ BEFORE EDITING:
- Red-linked phrases should not be de-linked or pipe-linked if the phrase is from an official publication. Instead, please start an article or redirect at the link's target.
- Technical info must be written in accordance with the consensus formats. Adding technical info without using these formats creates extra work for other editors and wastes everyone's time.
- Trivia will be removed if it fails to meet the notability guidelines.
- Do not source news to fansite translations of official publications or journals. Instead, source the publication or journal itself.
- Based on the spelling used by the games, "Grey" is preferred over "Gray".
- Entelechy is used here per its English definition, and is not meant to imply that it is an official term within the Kingdom Hearts franchise.
- Do NOT add voice actors to a character's article UNLESS YOU HAVE A CLEAR SOURCE TO SUPPORT IT.

| "Waltz of the Damned" is approximately fifty-two seconds long. It is, fittingly, a waltz, in 3/8 time. <!--note: wrote 3/8 instead of 3/4 because the beat is felt in one rather than in three- this also means that each measure only has one beat--> It plays at a tempo of 67 beats per minute. It begins in the key of D minor, then modulates into G minor at the height of the piece, before returning to D minor just before the loop, which is seamless. There is no introduction, though there is a harp arpeggio that plays at the very beginning of the piece that is not repeated on further loops. The instruments used are strings (both pizzicato and bowed), oboe, bassoon, harp, chimes, female vocals, brass, cymbals, and bass drum.
