After completing {{Wtext|Agrabah|l}}, two more routes will appear on the world map. However, no matter what route you take, you'll find yourself eaten by a whale during the trip. After a dream involving {{Wtext|Sora|c}} and {{Wtext|Riku|c}} as kids exploring the {{Wtext|Secret Place|l}}, {{Wtext|Sora|c}} wakes up to find a puppet named {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} playing around in a chest dropping things he doesn't need and picking out the interesting stuff. {{Wtext|Jiminy|c}} calls out to him but he doesn't reply and heads back to the ship with the gummi piece. After taking it to his father, {{Wtext|Geppetto|c}} he'll tell him that this is the key to leaving {{Wtext|Monstro|l}}, then {{Wtext|Sora|c}} introduces himself and the gang to {{Wtext|Geppetto|c}} and as does he. However while {{Wtext|Geppetto|c}} is talking to {{Wtext|Sora|c}} and the gang, {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} grows curious of the figure heading into {{Wtext|Monstro|l}}'s bowels... who is of course {{Wtext|Riku|c}}. {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} follows {{Wtext|Riku|c}}. Now you must find {{Wtext|Pinnochio|c}}, head into {{Wtext|Chamber 1|c}} for a start and for a cutscene. {{Wtext|Riku|c}} appears after {{Wtext|Sora|c}} tells {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} that his father's very worried about him and doesn't want him leaving again, he mocks {{Wtext|Sora|c}} for not being playful. {{Wtext|Riku|c}} would offer information about {{Wtext|Kairi|c}} to {{Wtext|Sora|c}} but he asks him to chase him for it. He grabs {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} and runs away.

Now, head through the exit to the left, it'll lead you to {{Wtext|Chamber 2|l}}, jump down and keep going to the right defeating all the Heartless along the way, there'll be a {{Wtext|chest|t}} to the left which contains a {{Wtext|Cottage|i}}. Now keep going until you reach {{Wtext|Chamber 3|l}}, drop down and go all the way to the back to another {{Wtext|chest|t}} which contains a {{Wtext|Mega-Ether|i}}. Head back to {{Wtext|Chamber 1|l}} and then return from there to {{Wtext|Chamber 2|l}} and then {{Wtext|Chamber 3|l}}, this time don't drop down and head through the exit to the right which returns to {{Wtext|Chamber 2|l}} but on a higher platform, now there's a {{Wtext|chest|t}} ahead but we can't reach it right now, so go right and into {{Wtext|Chamber 5|l}}. Keep going straight ahead to {{Wtext|Chamber 6|l}}, to the left there'll be a {{Wtext|chest|t}} with a {{Wtext|Dispel-G|i}} inside. Go all the way to the right and drop down. Defeat all the Heartless and forget about the {{Wtext|White Trinity|i}} but keep it in mind for later, head to the exit on the right that takes you back to {{Wtext|Chamber 3|l}}, there's another {{Wtext|chest|t}} here that contains Dalmatians 55, 56 and 57. Drop down and make your way back to {{Wtext|Chamber 6|l}} again, now go left but take the next exit instead of dropping down, this'll take you to {{Wtext|Chamber 5|l}} again, however go to the far left and drop down, there are two {{Wtext|chests|t}} here and a {{Wtext|Blue Trinity|i}}, the chests will contain one {{Wtext|Dispel-G|i}} and the other a {{Wtext|Mega-Ether|i}}. Head through the exit to {{Wtext|Chamber 6|l}}, take the exit to {{Wtext|Chamber 5|l}} here and go straight ahead on the platform you're on to {{Wtext|Chamber 4|l}}. And now a cutscene, {{Wtext|Maleficent|c}} persuades {{Wtext|Riku|c}} to remember not to lurk too much in Darkness. {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} appears and runs across {{Wtext|Riku|c}}, {{Wtext|Sora|c}} and {{Wtext|Riku|c}} have a little fight but then {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} yells in fear and everyone turns his way. Now save and set up for a boss fight, head through the exit to the {{Wtext|Bowels|l}}. {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} is trapped within the {{Wtext|Parasite Cage|b}} and needs help. {{Wtext|Riku|c}} will aid you in this battle.

|strategy=It doesn't have a large arsenal of attacks, one of its attacks is a light swipe and the other is a duo-swipe, one can be deflected but the other needs to be dodged. You can earn 9 Tech EXP for deflecting its swipe. Use {{Wtext|Cure|w}} to heal any lost HP and keep attacking it to take it down.

After the battle, head down the hole into the {{Wtext|Mouth|l}}, {{Wtext|Riku|c}} will have captured {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} and taken his heart to use for {{Wtext|Kairi|c}}, {{Wtext|Riku|c}} yet again questions {{Wtext|Sora|c}}'s care for {{Wtext|Kairi|c}} and goes of with {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} captive. Now on the ship, open the {{Wtext|chest|t}} by {{Wtext|Geppetto|c}} to get {{Wtext|High Jump|w}}. Enable this ability as it is very helpful now and in previous worlds. Jump over to the top of the ship with this new ability and use the {{Wtext|Green Trinity|i}} to get a {{Wtext|chest|t}} which contains a {{Wtext|Mythril Shard|i}}. Now jump to the platforms of wood ahead of the ship witch has a {{Wtext|chest|t}} on it that contains Dalmatians 73, 74 and 75. Go to the far right to the {{Wtext|Blue Trinity|i}}, now jump to the platform ahead of you and jump twice to reach a high platform with a {{Wtext|chest|t}}, open it to get a {{Wtext|Tornado-G|i}}. Now go back to the platform where the {{Wtext|Trinity|i}} was and jump to the central platform then to the platform to the right and go higher up to a {{Wtext|chest|t}}, open it to get {{Wtext|Watergleam|i}}. Now head back to the platform where we got the Dalmatians and jump to the central platform and then to another platform on the opposite end and keep going higher to another {{Wtext|chest|t}}, open it to get a {{Wtext|Cottage|i}}. Now go back to where we got the {{Wtext|Tornado-G|i}} and keep going straight until you get to the {{Wtext|Throat|l}}, jump up the platforms to get higher and enter the {{Wtext|Stomach|l}}. In the following cutscene {{Wtext|Riku|c}} suggests {{Wtext|Sora|c}} joins forces with him and help {{Wtext|Kairi|c}} but {{Wtext|Sora|c}} disagrees and says he'd rather fight him because of his actions. {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} has apparently lost his heart to the Heartless and claims he won't make it to {{Wtext|Jiminy|C}} however his nose grows as it was a lie. But then the {{Wtext|Parasite Cage|b}} appears, this time just to cause trouble. {{Wtext|Riku|c}} takes his leave and goes through a portal of Darkness.

|strategy=The Parasite Cage has gotten more attacks in its arsenal, along with that the arena is full of acid. A new move is that it will swing across to you shoving you backward, it can be dodged. Another attack is where is sucks up acid and spits it out, this will inflict you with [[Poison]]. You cannot deflect its powered swipes although its normal swipes can be deflected granting 19 Tech EXP. Attacking it from the back is optimal, and now that most of its attacks are powerful this is balanced by the fact that you can stun it after a certain amount of damage. It'll drop some MP orbs but keep attacking it after it's stunned as it won't attack back. Use {{Wtext|Cure|w}} to heal.}}

She then goes on to give him the power to control the Heartless. {{Wtext|Geppetto|c}} and {{Wtext|Pinocchio|c}} can be found in {{Wtext|Traverse Town|l}} now and you'll be back at {{Wtext|Agrabah|l}} on the Gummi Ship. You can choose to go to another world through the "'''Select World'''" option. You can now either go to {{Wtext|Halloween Town|l}} or {{Wtext|Atlantica|l}}... or {{Wtext|Monstro|l}} if he shows up again.

Then head to {{Wtext|Chamber 6|l}} and then to the {{Wtext|White Trinity|i}} here and use it to get a {{Wtext|chest|t}} which contains a {{Wtext|Thundaga-G|i}}. Now jump to the upper part of the room and on two ledges higher up there are two {{Wtext|chests|t}}, one with a {{Wtext|Torn Page|i}} and another with a {{Wtext|Megalixir|i}}. Then head left to a secluded area with a {{Wtext|chest|t}} containing a {{Wtext|Mythril|i}}. Now head to {{Wtext|Chamber 3|l}} and get to the higher ledges on one of either side of the room, each one contains a {{Wtext|chest|t}}, one containing a {{Wtext|Tornado-G|i}} and the other containing Dalmatians 76, 77 and 78. Finally, head to the {{Wtext|Throat|l}} and defeat the Heartless to get to a {{Wtext|Blue Trinity|i}}, which gives you Munny and a {{Wtext|Mythril Shard|i}}.
