The '''Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee''' is an organization seen in ''[[Kingdom Hearts II]]''. The organization consists of [[Seifer]], [[Fuu]], [[Rai]], and [[Vivi]], with Seifer as the group's self-appointed leader. They take it upon themselves to protect [[Twilight Town]] and hold its residents up to Seifer's standards.

==Story==

The Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee act as a rival gang to [[Roxas]] and his friends in the [[simulated Twilight Town]]. A photo of Roxas being beaten by the Disciplinary Committee is one of those stolen by the [[Dusk]]s that broke into the digital town. Believing Roxas stole the photo to remove evidence of his defeat, the Committee spread word around town that Roxas was a thief. The two gangs meet up in the sandlot for a rematch to settle the score. Two days later, Roxas crosses their path again while being chased by Dusks. The Committee immediately springs to action attempting to fight them off, though leave no mark on the creatures. When the Dusks vanish, the group take commemorative pictures of the occasion and inform Roxas of their supposed victory. [[Hayner]] sees Roxas with the Committee, leading to a brief strife between the two.

Two members of the Disciplinary Committee make it through the qualifying rounds of the [[Struggle]] tournament the next day, Seifer and Vivi. They end up against each other in the semi-finals, in which Vivi wins handily against Seifer. They appear one final time in the simulation while Roxas and his friends investigate the [[Seven Wonders|ghost train mystery]]. Their brief exchange ends in a token of both animosity and friendship. Later, [[Pence]] tells Roxas that the Disciplinary Committee agreed to help them investigate the [[Old Mansion]] the following day, though the simulation ended before they could join forces.

In the real Twilight Town, the group seems to fill the same role as in the simulation. Coinciding with [[Sora]]'s return to the town, the Committee is assaulted by [[Nobodies]] led by [[Saïx]]. Vivi manages to escape the sandlot and get help in the form of Sora, [[Donald]], and [[Goofy]], who defeat the Nobodies. The Disciplinary Committee awakens and orders Sora and co. to leave the town for causing trouble, but not before giving them the [[Struggle Trophy]] as a sign of respect for Sora's strength.
