Shouldn't this use the Casual Gear image?Glorious CHAOS! 22:29, September 1, 2009 (UTC)

it is the same image, ya? - IceboySvalur! 22:40, September 1, 2009 (UTC)
So can't we just upload the image under both names? That way editors won't get confused and remove it from the Casual Gear page, and we can have it link to the Casual Gear page like the Mystery Gear icon does.Glorious CHAOS! 00:40, September 2, 2009 (UTC)
Sure, the same icon for different gears thingy can be a little confusing... Well, I'll get right on it!- IceboySvalur! 18:22, September 2, 2009 (UTC)

Mystery Gear[edit]

I've got to say, the Mystery Gear weapons just don't seem that jokey to me, in the manner of using an umbrella in FF7 was. They seem more like "elemental" weapons - only the Trumpet and the After School truly seem like pure jokes, the rest are slightly cartoonish and regular takes on the character's element.Glorious CHAOS! 18:22, September 26, 2009 (UTC)
The Japanese website refers to them as "Unique Weapons" if you'd rather use that.—Urutapu 21:37, September 26, 2009 (UTC)
That would also work. By the way, do we want to include the secret characters joke weapons? They seem to be identical to the gearless, though.Glorious CHAOS! 21:13, October 8, 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, the description for the Mystery Gear specifically describes it this way: A weapon that brings out the user's personality; while the Casual Gear has the "something familiar" joke line. With this context, these should be split.Glorious CHAOS! 03:27, October 14, 2009 (UTC)
