We need shifts for the admins. At these times, almost all admins aren't available, save for Maggosh and Kryten, they did appear at these times but not most of the times. :While it takes an admin to block users, everyone else is perfectly capable of reverting vandalism, issuing warnings, and in the case that they don't stop, leave us admins messages so that we can deal with it when we get back online. It isn't necessary for us to be here 24/7, and it's not really realistic to expect it, since life tends to get in the way.
