| READ BEFORE EDITING:
- Red-linked phrases should not be de-linked or pipe-linked if the phrase is from an official publication. Instead, please start an article or redirect at the link's target.
- Technical info must be written in accordance with the consensus formats. Adding technical info without using these formats creates extra work for other editors and wastes everyone's time.
- Trivia will be removed if it fails to meet the notability guidelines.
- Do not source news to fansite translations of official publications or journals. Instead, source the publication or journal itself.
- Based on the spelling used by the games, "Grey" is preferred over "Gray".
- Entelechy is used here per its English definition, and is not meant to imply that it is an official term within the Kingdom Hearts franchise.
- Do NOT add voice actors to a character's article UNLESS YOU HAVE A CLEAR SOURCE TO SUPPORT IT.

Upon his second defeat, Luxord acknowledges Sora was a natural-born gambler, granting him a wild card that could "turn the tables" while accepting his offer to play cards again after Luxord is recompleted. |

| Luxord is highly perceptive, deducing that his order to retrieve a black box did not come from Master Xehanort but rather Xigbar, and that said box likely has to do with his superior’s identity. Though he enjoys gambling, Luxord also talks about winning the “long game”, purposefully losing a bet against Jack Sparrow so that he may accidentally reveal the location of Davy Jones’ heart. These tactics, along with his granting of a wild card to Sora, imply that Luxord has machinations of his own amidst his time in Organization XIII acting as a pawn, similar to Xigbar and his work in the background.
