Item Cards have green borders, and allow the user to reload certain Cards, often including Cards that cannot normally be reloaded. Item Cards can never be reloaded once they are used, the sole exception being if they are used in the middle of a Duel.

Item Cards are very rarely used for [[Sleight]]s. One [[Magic Sleight]] requires three Item Cards, while three other Magic Sleights require a random Item Card as an alternative to using a [[Friend Card]].

In ''Reverse/Rebirth'', [[Riku]] has access to an Item Card in certain Worlds. However, he can't use them while in [[Dark Mode]].

Certain bosses have Item Cards in their deck. The Item Cards are the same as Sora's, and have the same effects.
