In the article, it fails to mention that his fire wall attack in Chain of Memories can be avoided by dodge rolling to the other side of it.  Should I add this?

I've noticed that the action image in the infobox was a cause for edit-warring, and I have to question that image. It looks fan-made. Not to mention, wiki policy appears to be to use the most recent image, regardless of quality. I'd like to know what our policy is regarding images in infoboxes. Do we use the best quality image, the most recent, what? As for this particular case, that image looks fan-made, fan-posed.
