He said its called Divide and Conquer, but I've looked all over the wiki but can't find it. If someone can find it or give me a description or a video that would be great. Thanks

No he didn't, they were going to use Divide and Conquer as a throwing type move. Thats all i know

I guess since Divide and Conquer is not a move, does anybody have an idea for a move that involves throwing the enemy?
