Okay, so we need some new mods, as noted in Jiminy's Journal. So far, we've had a nice little discussion going on at my talk page of all places, so I thought I'd move the nominations and discussions over here.
I think two mods would be a good amount to start with; we can add more down the line if we need to. On Saturday at midnight, wiki time, I'll close the nominations and begin the voting. Everyone will get two votes to pick the two they think are best for the job. On Monday at midnight, I'll close the voting and announce the new mods! If we need to add another day of voting to either, due to time zones, the weekend, etc, I might take the liberty of extending them.
I don't think I need to tell you guys this is not a popularity contest, and do make sure anyone you nominate has made significant edits or improvements to the wiki, is good at wiki editing, and is constantly helpful and polite to other editors.  Well, I agree with Ultima that neither KrytenKoro or Xiggie should be mods. There's nothing wrong with them, but they haven't spent as much time editing as the rest of the nominees. I believe that KrytenKoro also said that he would be busy on other wikis, so we should probably have someone with more time. That leaves it down to three people, Trois, Ultima, and myself. In my opinion, we should just go with all three of us. I take independent courses now so I'm usually on during the day, and when I am, I don't see Ultima or Trois on until later. If we have all three then we can cover all bases. If it really must be two though, Trois and Ultima. It would be horrible if I voted for myself, and both of them would do fine jobs.
