'''The Emperor''' is ruler of [[The Land of Dragons]] from ''[[Kingdom Hearts II]]'' & possibly [[Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep| Birth by Sleep]]. As a younger version of himself  and how his world got destroyed. Though not powerful by skills, his role to maintain order and safety is rather important.
 
[[Li Shang]] serves him as his royal protector.
 
[[Shan Yu]] once formed an army and tried to overthrown him, but was saved by Li Shang and [[Fa Mulan|Mulan]] and the Kingdom Hearts trio ([[Sora]], [[Donald]] and [[Goofy]]).
 
He was later visited by [[Riku]], in a black hood, while his country was invaded with a [[Storm Rider]] Heartless and an Organization member, [[Xigbar]]. However, after this event, his world was safe again and he made Mulan serve beside him as Shang's partner.
 
This was the final role of actor Pat Morita of Karate Kid fame, who is merely reprising his role as the Emperor from Mulan, before his death, shortly after the release of Kingdom Hearts II.
