Blizzard Counter

Blizzard Counter (カウンターブリザド, Kauntā Burizado, lit. "Counter Blizzard") is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. It allows the user to freeze enemies by blocking their attacks.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Blizzard Counter is an Overclock ability. It has a 100% chance of freezing the enemy when blocking its attack, excluding ranged attacks.

Learning Blizzard Counter

• The Wishing Star =★ and its upgrades have Blizzard Counter as a level MAX Clock Ability.
• The Oblivion: Sea and its upgrades have Blizzard Counter as a level 3 Clock Ability.
