A Blaze of Glory Chakram's main wheel is split into two equal halves, both of which are black with a red line through the center. The two halves are connected by the silver handle, which is cross-shaped. Each half has four black spikes with red edges and the same arrowhead-like design as the spikes on the Nobody logo. All of these spikes slant in the same direction.

The phrase, "to go out in a blaze of glory", refers to dying in an awe-inspiring or flashy way. Axel meets his destruction in ''Kingdom Hearts II'' in such a manner; both literally, by erupting into an immense ball of fire, and figuratively, by killing himself in order to wipe out the Dusks that were about to overwhelm Sora.
The phrase "blaze of glory" roughly refers to a sudden series of awe-inspiring actions. Axel is prone to sudden appearances and showboating, and it is also similar in principle to Axel's title, "Flurry of the Dancing Flames." Additionally, it is usually used as part of a larger phrase, "to go out in a blaze of glory." Axel's "death" in Kingdom Hearts II gets more screen time and character attention than any other Organization death scene, including that of Xemnas, and he is portrayed very heroically.
