For the original Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep versions, the instrumentation includes: synthesizer, strings, drums, trumpet, oboe, orchestral bells, snare drum, and electronics. In the HD remake, the instrumentation is slightly different, now consisting of: synthesizer, strings, drums, oboe, soprano saxophone , orchestral bells, and electronics.
The instrumentation includes: a complete strings section- violin, viola, cello, and string bass, flute, oboe, trumpet, French horn, trombone, tuba, strings section, orchestral bells, snare drum, crash cymbals, and timpani.
