I'd like to upload over it, but it doesn't look like I have permission to. Is there some way for me to get permission to upload over it? jkap (talk) 03:25, 10 July 2019 (UTC)

If you scroll to the bottom of the page for File:Sora eating paopu (Art).png there should be a button that says Upload a new version of this file. The page isn't locked so you should be able to upload over it unless there is some criteria for new members to perform a certain number of edits before being able to upload. If you still can't find the button I'd suggest ask the user NinjaSheik. She's an admin. - JTD95 (talk) 09:13, 10 July 2019 (UTC)

In order to overwrite files, you need to be autoconfirmed first. To become autoconfirmed, your account needs to be a couple of days old and have a couple of edits. TheSilentHero 17:44, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
