- Genie's Keyblade is physically part of his body, so we know it's an imitation of a Keyblade (of which many exist, like the Wooden one), not a real one.
- We need some actual confirmation from the canon, like showing that Data-Roxas or Data-Riku's weapons slay Heartless in the same way a Keyblade would, to call them real Keyblades. For reference, the first Keyblade Data-Sora had was fake -- it's not until after Agrabah that he gains a "real" Keyblade. However, because they were not created on purpose, their weapons could have been created through strength of heart, so we don't know without further examination.
