Tornado Tracer is an aero based magic command in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. Data-Sora launches forward a quick, small whirlwind that makes the enemies float when hit. If the player locks-on on an enemy, the whirlwind will stay below the target, keeping it afloat for a set duration of time. It consumes 17% of memory with a reload time of 18 seconds.
