{{KrytenKoro|This was discussed earlier, I believe on my talk page. The journal's are not entirely reliable for translations (Eleus, Breig), and while the area is called the "Pride Lands" in the movie, many place names changed between movie and game (The Land of Dragons, etc.). The journal is most prone to dubbing changes that go against the original intent, while the logo is exactly how Nomura designed it and wanted it to be. That the naming is purposeful is supported (1) by Lion King being Nomura's favorite movie, and thus not likely to be half-assed; (2) the katakana name leaves out the "s" - while the same is done with Space Paranoids and The Land of Dragons, the "s" was specifically added to the logos there, indicating purposefulness in leaving it out of Pride Land; (3) it ''is'' slightly more grammatically correct to call it a "Pride Land", rather than "Pride Lands", which would imply multiple territories belonging to various lion prides.
We used a similar policy of sticking to the logo for "The Land of Dragons", "The World That Never Was", and "The Radiant Garden".

The title is pluralized; can an admin move it to Pride Lands over the redirect? —Shidou 20:59, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

Should it be noted that the Pride Lands is the only world that dosen't have any new areas on the second visit? Myself 123 23:46, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

Future games

TALK - You are better off talking to me here.
I hope this world gets onto future games, since this world is very popular to Kingdom Hearts fans around my school and other schools I went to. My friends like it, my cousin likes it, my friends' other friends likes it, even I like it. I spoke to 100 KH fans and when I asked them what world do you like best, most ansered the Pride Lands. Do you all think this world might be on a future game? Who knows, this world might be encluded by popularity like Axel lived longer due to popularity.

Darkness

TALK - Where's the fun in this?
I recall putting that the Pride Lands is the only Disney-based world to get its Keyhole infected by the Heartless but it got removed. Let's face it, there's like a 99.99% chance that is correct because the skies turned an evil green color (the other .01% is that it was just a cloudy day which is unlikely because clouds aren't really green).

Yea but i thougt all some of the princess of heart(Cinderella, Snow White, Auora, and Belle) Lost their world to the darkness because of the keyhole.

TALK - Where's the fun in this?
I think the darkness was beginning to seep in as a result of Scar's transformation into a Heartless, meaning that he was going to be a really powerful Heartless.

I already went and fixed everything and put it back to "Pride Lands", so there isn't anything that needs to be done.

This was discussed earlier, I believe on my talk page. That the naming is purposeful is supported (1) by Lion King being Nomura's favorite movie, and thus not likely to be half-assed; (2) the katakana name leaves out the "s" - while the same is done with Space Paranoids and The Land of Dragons, the "s" was specifically added to the logos there, indicating purposefulness in leaving it out of Pride Land; (3) it is slightly more grammatically correct to call it a "Pride Land", rather than "Pride Lands", which would imply multiple territories belonging to various lion prides.

We used a similar policy of sticking to the logo for "The Land of Dragons", "The World That Never Was", and "The Radiant Garden".

I'm not sure what you mean by the gummi map and areas calling it "Pride Lands".
