If I remember correctly in Crisis Core she was 26 and that would be her age in FF7 (I believe) so i would guess she's the same age she was in FF7 seeing as kingdom hearts has not given her an age she isn't one of the more respected FF characters.

No, the others don't remember, they are all confused by it, but after you beat Guard Armor, Aerith talks to you and says: " I'm just another illusion, Sora. The truth is out of my reach." along with other stuff that shows that she knows about Sora's memories and Castle Oblivion, but she's the only one who realizes that she's actually a memory out of the party.
