The Sky Ruler is a Heartless boss which appears in Neverland in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It comes out of a treasure chest dugged up by Hook and Smee. After it was defeated, it crushed Hook's ship and faded into the light. It makes a resemblence to the Storm Rider from The Land of Dragons in Kingdom Hearts 2.
