Mrs. Potts is a character from Beauty and the Beast and also Kingdom Hearts II.
In the first Kingdom Hearts game, her world was destroyed and Belle was captured, and Beast went on a journey to find her.
It is believed that she and her friends disappeared when their world was invaded by the Heartless.
After the events of Kingdom Hearts, the world of Beast's Castle, Beast locked his servants in the dungeons after Xaldin came and tried to turn him into a Heartless. When Sora and the others came, they freed the servants and helped them save Beast from turning into a Heartless. Lumiere and the others showed them a short cut to the Beast's room.
