Lucky Lucky is an ability that can be equipped to most of the charatcers in Kingdom Hearts 2. The ability increases the overall drop rate of items during battle. The more characters that have this ability equipped, the better chance at getting better items. The Keyblade Sweet Memories (recieved after clearing the 100 Acre Wood) also goes along with the Lucky Lucky combo.
