Administrators are editors who can protect or delete pages, use "rollback" to quickly revert vandalism, and block users for vandalism or other disruption.
Administrators are not content judges, and in that avenue, are equal to other editors. Administrators should not use the tools to gain an advantage in a disagreement by blocking users, rollbacking non-vandalism edits or otherwise.
Administrators are also not owners of the wiki; all editors have equal input in decisions.
