Homing Blizzara (ホーミングブリザラ, Hōmingu Burizara) is a magic technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. It allows the user to cast a Blizzara spell that seeks out the targeted enemy, dealing Blizzard damage.
