| Your task is to protect [[Pumbaa]] (and [[Timon]]) from the hyenas Shenzi, Banzai and Ed. Attack is the best form of defense in this situation. Sora is in less danger than Pumbaa here, so monitor the Damage gauge in the top left-hand corner of the screen very closely.

| Don't make the mistake of attacking any one hyena for too long, as Pumbaa could sustain serious damage if you let him out of your sight. Stick close to him and deal with any enemies that approach. If you find yourself surrounded, use the '''[[Fire]]''' spell to dispatch multiple assailants.

| If you move away from Pumbaa, the hyenas will immediately launch an attack on him. You can call him to you using the '''Call Over''' Reaction Command.
