Data-Riku is a boss who is fought in Kingdom Hearts coded and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. A stronger bugged form of him appears on the 100th floor of the Avatar Sector in the Avatar Menu of Kingdom Hearts Re:coded.
Strategy
First phase
On the first phase, Data-Riku only has a small selection of moves which he doesn't use in quick succession. He uses simple lunge and slashes that can be blocked with the correct timing. He has a Dark Shield much like the one from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days which also reacts the same way if you try to attack the shield. You can either heal while his shield is up, or get behind him and attack. Also, be careful when using combo since Data-Riku will sometimes block and counter your finishing move. Keep watching his pattern and Data-Riku will fall at ease.

Third phase
In this round, Data-Riku stops holding anything back and his stats improve. His strongest move is now used against you, Dark Aura. Much in the same way it was used in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories he charges around the screen teleporting using his dark powers finishing with a slam which sends out a pulse of dark energy. This move is best dodged since it's hard to tell where he will emerge next. Pay attention to how many times he teleported, avoid the teleport attacks with Dodge Roll and after the fifth time he teleports, immediately jump for the finishing blow. Block can also be used to defend against his teleport rush attack, but the ability Round Block must also be learned and his finishing move can't be blocked. He can also fire a Dark Firaga, which can be blocked easily. The rest of the moves are the same but pack an extra punch so watch out.
Second Battle
While debugging Data-Riku, a portal opens to a facsimile of the Chapel, where the Bugs have taken Data-Riku's form. This Data-Riku follows the same pattern as the Third phase, but he has an extra bar of health.
