For our purposes, Easter Eggs must be defined as items or references in the games that intentionally allude towards other subjects, characters, or people in or outside the series. The first section is for recurring easter eggs throughout the series, then the listing is divided by game.

Recurring

• The number 13 (see Kingdom Hearts (series)
  • KHII: Roxas's shorts have the roman numeral XIII (13) on the skull.

Kingdom Hears II

• There are Hidden Mickey symbols in several of the Command Menu designs:
  • A Hidden Mickey appears as a window in one of the buildings in the Twilight Town Command menu
  • A Hidden Mickey appears in the Reaction Command in the Twilight Town Command Menu when visiting Yen Sid's Tower.
  • A Hidden Mickey appears in the center of one of the gears behind the commands in the Hollow Bastion Command Menu. It's only visible when holding down , which removes the commands from obstructing it.
  • A Hidden Mickey appears behind the commands in the Agrabah Command Menu. It's only visible when holding down , which removes the commands from obstructing it, and is next to the third magic command.
  • A Hidden Mickey appears as a silhouette rotating around the Pride Lands Command Menu, along with the silhouettes for Pride Rock and several trees and rock formations.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

• HD2.5: A book in Ventus's room is labeled "Ultimania", a reference to the Kingdom Hearts series' various Japanese guide books.
