It's probably Lumaria, and I'd be ok with Lumaria, but I think it would be cool if his name were Lumiaar, and it would be pronounced the same as Lumierre. It just seems if you were to name him Lumaria it would be like his parents really wanted a girl. If his name were Lumiaar, it would fit with his feminine appearance, but still have some masculinity. plus it has two a's in a row so that looks cool. but it will still probably be Lumaria because its a real name (for a species of moth albeit.)
