 This seems to be a major problem for some users on the Wiki. Should there be an IP Policy? Not all IP's are stupid, and some actually DO make fairly decent edits. It is those people we deliver the Welcome:IP template to, which we don't really seem to do any longer. Perhaps the policy message should say :
- Not all IP's have their hearts set on corroding the Wiki. Before undoing an IP's edits or delivering a warning, READ what they post. If it is a decent edit that is absent of folly, deliver the Welcome:IP template. Do not ask Admins to block/ban IP's unless they are being extremely disruptive.
