Any activity in the noticeboard channel is quite rare, and a few users are in it. Sure, I could've talked about this in the IRC, but I have a feeling that not everybody is going to know if the Noticeboard channel should exist. And it feels better to talk about it here. So...should the Noticeboard stay put? Or will it be taken down?
