Hello everyone new and old. I am Azul and I use to edit here last year along with the current Admins and some FFWiki people. I have decided to return and help out my wiki again! When I first came back I was surprised at all the contributors we have now but I noticed something that has bugged me even while I was here. SO MUCH CATEGORIES!!!! We have alot of them and they don't look good all cluttered on the pages. We have useless ones and some that don't even belong on articles but in categories themselves. Also, the images. More than 500+ images that are uncategorized! Before I babble on and get offtrack, my point is: I'm going to reorganize the categories and images but I'm going to need some help. Maybe someone can place VFD's on images that link nowhere and really serve no purpose or help categorize once I redo the categories. Comments?

Yeah, I tried to keep images organized in your absence and failed miserably. *hangs head in shame*
I think you might want to provide some examples of categories you feel are redundant or not needed so we're all on the same page...I have a feeling I know a few, anyway.

Ummmmm Characters should only be on category pages like KHII Characters. And Awakening...? I don't know if we need it. I can't really think of any at the moment. They've all slipped my mind, sorry. Also, the very awesome Yuanchosaan will be helping out with this project!

 Images aren't the only things with so many categories. Someone's also gotta tend to the userboxes. Kryten once complained about this.

Ah, okay, makes total sense to me. See, folks, this is a good example of how things can be run differenly wiki to wiki. White Wolf has you categorize everything not only by specific game, but under a general category (Characters, Places) to make things easier to find. Of course, Kingdom Hearts isn't quite as confusing as when you've got a twenty-year old system with seventeen different roleplaying games under four editions and two lines. For example, a character can change drastically between editions and lines...
I suspect at some point, we'll want to make subpages for the userboxes like FF Wiki has done. A character page might be a great idea right now, for example... ^_^
