Fortuneteller is a gypsy-like Emblem Heartless from Kingdom Hearts II. It appears in Agrabah, and it uses a magical pearl sphere to attack and is capable of using Blizzard magic. It should be noted that they are floating around while attacking, which is crucial for you to finish them quick.

It uses and is immune to all ice magic.
When its HP gets low, it uses magic to try to freeze its target. Try counterattacking with Clear Shot.
