Extreme is a ring synthesized in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days by using:

• 1 Orichalcum
• 20 Dark Ingot
• 8 Moonstone
• 4 Luck Tech

Unlocked for synthesis when the game has been completed. When equipped, the wearer has only 1 HP and cannot gain any more, but greatly increases gained EXP.

Although having only 1 HP seems very risky and dangerous, some players actually take advantage of the 1 HP rule by using Limit Breaks when surrounded by a group of enemies or against bosses.
