Drive Boost is an Ability acquired in Kingdom Hearts II, described as "Allows you to fill up the Drive Gauge faster during MP restoration." In essence, it makes you fill up the Drive Gauge while in MP restoration, boosting the effect the more equipped. Ultima Weapon doesn't help with that, due to MP Hastega; nor does any MP Haste ability equipped to Sora.
