Appearing in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Heart 2. Its only in Kingdom Hearts you actually fight the guardian. The reason behind this is because the heartless have taken over him. The way you defeat the guardian is to attack his eyes where the source of the heartless is hiding, though its hard to reach his eyes from the front where he can attack you head on, try climbing up onto the back of his head where he cant reach you.
