Blade Rush is a Type A Overclock Finisher used in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. It is Data Sora's default Finisher. When activated, the player executes a series of fast attacks, dealing relatively heavy damage to the enemy.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Blade Rush has simple controls as you just press A once your Overclock gauge is filled to unleash the attack. While you are attacking you are airborne and when the attack ends, Data-Sora drops back on the floor.

Learning Blade Rush

Data-Sora obtains Blade Rush towards the beginning of the game of Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, as it is the first Overclock Finisher to obtain. It is already equipped at the start of the game.
