Quick Run is a growth ability acquired by leveling up the Wisdom Form in Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix. This ability is not shared and can only be used by Sora. It costs 3 AP to equip it. You activate it by pressing 
while running. It is helpful in evading attacks on the ground and traveling faster. It is unknown if Roxas will actually learn it in the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days(english version;Quick Run isn't in the japanese version)since he is Sora's Nobody.

Trivia
- It is possible to dodge Final Xemnas' Can you spare a Heart move with this ability, though it will only stall it.
