Using a Paint Gun, the blue Meow Wow can be colored orange.
The Paint Gun is an item introduced in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It is used to paint one part of a Spirit Dream Eater's body. Each specific hue can be applied to a Spirit up to fifteen times, at which point it achieves its deepest shade.
