Let's face it -- featured users is dead. There hasn't been any voting or nominations in, what, two months? What the eitch are we going to do about it? I'm taking the liberty of opening this discussion up here, rather than waiting for the Roundtable. (it almost feels like we're getting a little too reliant on Roundtables...) So, yes.
