Mufasa
Template:InfoCharacter Mufasa is Simbas father who was king of the Pride Lands. Mufasa taught Simba how past kings lived in the stars. His voiced is achieved through archived audio of his original voice actor, James Earl Jones
Appearance

Mufasa came to Wildebeest Gorge to save Simba from being crushed by stampeding wildebeests. Although he saved Simba, he had to climb a cliff to exit the gorge. When he gets to the top, he is tossed off the cliff by Scar. He then falls off the cliff and is crushed by the stampede. In his death, Scar takes control of the Pride Lands as the new king.
Later, he appears to Simba as a spirit to enlighten Simba's courage to take his role as Pride Lands' new king by usurping Scar's leadership.
It is his spirit (in the form of a star) that gives Sora access to a new pathway.
