TALK - Category:Villains is an incredibly broad definition of "villain" (Hayabusa? Card Soldier? Crocodile?!), and ends up being a large overlap of the bosses category. I'd like to suggest simply having a "Non-boss antagonist" category, or something with that intent but possibly a different name. That way, we can remove the dual-categorization from many pages, and allow a category that highlights the odder situations.
