==Re Mind icon==

*It makes sense to give everything in the Re Mind, Limitcut, and Secret episodes the icon. (This would include all equipment, items, abilities, etc.)
*With the EZ code and PRO code affecting the base game, as well as all journal entries and Classic Kingdom etc. being available in Re Mind, do we want to just add the icon to everything in the base game? Nomura said it can be considered the same as a Final Mix, but it's just a separate addition instead of a full rerelease like Final Mix.
*Data Greeting has some things (like all Dream Eaters) that do not appear in the base game. Do we want to use the icon for these? And should we mention it on those pages (Other Appearance section, maybe)?}}
