I could see a couple of those happening. If not the main story, a spin-off of it. For example, as toys, the characters of Toy Story all have subplots related to themselves. Buzz lightyear as a space ranger, for example (That could be easily used, as he has an antagonist: Zurg, and a whole universe attached to it [Buzz lightyear of star command, anyone?]). I could see the three movies' plots used over a few games, or all three into one (but that would make one absolutely massive world.
